Right of withdrawal
The warranty guidelines published by the manufacturer apply. To minimize inconvenience, we recommend contacting the respective manufacturer directly. If an incorrect delivery is identified, it must be reported in writing immediately upon receipt of the delivery. In the case of defective goods, a return is only permitted with the agreement of Denzler Toys. Refund of shipping costs is excluded even for defective or damaged goods. Returns will only be accepted in unopened original packaging without damage. The return must be sufficiently stamped.
Exchange & Return Policy
If an item does not meet your expectations, does not fit, or was not delivered to your satisfaction, you can return the goods within 10 days. The items must be in undamaged original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in undamaged original packaging, or which we have specially ordered at the customer's request, will not be taken back.
No returns possible for:
- Wall stickers / wall decals / posters / framed pictures
- Books
- Binxy Baby shopping cart hammock
- Christmas items, calendars, carnival items, Halloween items, party items
- Foodstuffs
- Gift box
- CD, DVD, Games, Software
- Electronic devices in general
- Opened hygiene articles (toothbrushes, nasal aspirators, etc.)
- Missing accessories
- Defective items
- No original packaging available
- Missing original labels
- Items ordered from the supplier or manufacturer at the customer's request
Returns must be sufficiently stamped and properly packaged. A refund can be made by bank transfer or voucher code and will be processed approximately within 1-4 weeks after receipt of the return. After the return period has expired, a return is excluded.
